Before I share the list of most empowering High Vibe edibles with you, let me say this - for decades I watched hundreds of people transform right in front of my eyes: getting slimmer, having better mood and becoming radiant & illuminated, plus - I got to witness my own healing story for 50 years ... so, the TRANSFORMATION of so many of us is the living proof of how high vibe food effect us, no need for FDA approval here.

Of course, we are all unique, and we must remember that, we all have our own vibrational state and therefore - our response to doing the same things/eating the same foods might be different as well.

But.... if you are sensitive like the one writing this, I am sure you have noticed by now:

  • If we consume something that is yummy to the palate, but empty (at best) or harming (at worst) to our cells - we feel foggy and heavy.

  • If we fast for a week, or at least for 24 hours - we feel better and lighter.
    No food is better than dead food.

  • Not everything that is delicious is good for You.
    Taste of food has nothing to do with its VV, and that is why so many of us became really creative these day, we know how to make the most yummolisious meals out of plants.

  • There is a connection/relationship between our Body and Food for sure....., even though eating the right food is not the only way to better our Self.

So, what foods give us Power and charge our cells with Life?




The answer is - Fresh Organic Plantbased food is our medicine.
The fresher - the better. The less the system messed with it - the better.
There is a difference between an apple from the tree that grows behind your house (or those you buy it from) and the apple that you got from a grocery store - who knows when it was picked and what it was sprayed (or waxed) with to look good for you.

So - FRESH FOOD is the only food, not packaged and beautifully wrapped and labeled, not chemicalized and commercialized. FRESH. The shorter the journey from mama Earth to your mouth - the better it is for You.

The other criteria to pay attention to is VV - Vibrational Value.
Some edibles charge our cells with light and energy, some foods rob us of it..
Let me just say this - the way I feel after consuming my super food shake is not the same I feel after eating fried potato chips (even home made).

Vibrationa Value of what goes in is - e v e r y t h i n g.
That is how FOOD becomes MEDICINE, that is when FOOD becomes LOVE.
High VV food - medicine. Low VV food - garbage.

Have you heard about super foods? Do you know what they can do for you?

What are super foods?

Super foods are high vibrational edible substances that have the power to heal our cells.
Super foods speak directly to our DNA and activate our original blueprint, it is as if they remind us of how we are meant to feel.
How are we meant to feel?  The answer to that is - Ah-MAZING!

We are supposed to feel absolutely beautiful - aligned and connected, energetic and inspired, HARMONIOUS and FREE.

Super foods contain myriads of nutriceuticals - minerals and vitamins, ready to digest proteins, and powerful medicinal properties that alter our frequency and restore our cells. They have been used for thousands of years in rituals and ceremonies aimed to reconnect with the deep True Self and the whole of the CREATION.

Few words must be said:
Food is not the only way to help us restore our wholeness, yet it is an important part of our self-healing process.
It is of paramount importance - to look for super foods produced by those practicing integrity and respect to Nature. Most so called foods in the modern world have been severely processed and therefore altered, they are emptied of life, of any value, be it vibrational or nutritional.

I strongly recommend not to buy super foods from China, and to be very selective about the food companies we choose to support.
From my experience, best quality super foods come from companies that care about humanity’s HEALTH and LIFE of this planet. They are driven by the heart, not chasing profit.
The best thing to start with super foods is - to do your own research, to self-experiment, and to feel your way into this new exiting and mysterious way of being You.

Super foods are fun to get to know and experiment with, as our cells respond to them almost immediately, they are used in smoothies and shakes, blended with fresh/frozen fruits or, if in powder form, - just mixed with water!

CHOCOLATE ORANGE GANACHE. Vegan Yummy Dessert

Ingredients to make two servings:

  • 2 ripe avocados, stoned and peeled
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 4 T raw cacao powder
  • 2-3 T coconut nectar or any other liquid sweetener
  • 1 t vanilla seeds (optional)
  • 3 T raw coconut oil or cacao butter, melted*
  • 2 T fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 t finely grated orange peel and/or food grade orange oil
  • A few slices of fresh orange and mint leaves for presentation

Scrape the flesh from the avocados into a blender.

Add the cacao, salt, vanilla, orange juice, coconut oil or cacao butter, sweetener and orange peel and/or orange oil. Blend all the ingredients together into a creamy concoction.

Prepare the presentation part by arranging a few slices of fresh orange with mint leaves at the bottom of each glass.

Spoon the ganache on top of the orange. Gently shake the glass, letting the mixture ‘hug’ the fruit and leaves. Place the decadent desserts in the refrigerator for a few hours. Before serving, garnish with more orange and mint leaves, as well as cacao.

A tip: Avocados do not taste like avocados when they are hanging out with raw cacao and orange. However, if you happen to dislike them, replace with frozen bananas

White Christmas Pudding. PlantPower Unique Treat that you will LOVE.

Tools: bowls, a silicon pudding form, plate, parchment paper, cutting board, hands, imagination

Step 1- Make the fluffy pudding:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of coconut flour

- ½ cup spring (filtered) water

- 5 T raw coconut oil, melted

- 3 T coconut nectar (or any other newearth liquid sweetener)

- ½ cup raw cacao nibs

- ½ cup dry goji berries

- ½ cup cranberries

- ½ cup dry blueberries or raisins

- 1-2 T grated orange peel

- 1 t vanilla seeds

- 1 t cinnamon

- 1 T finely chopped fresh mint leaves

- A few fresh mint leaves and goji berries for garnish

In a large bowl mix the coconut flour, water, coconut nectar and coconut oil until texture is fluffy and creamy.

One by one, add in the remaining ingredients. Mix with love.

Mindfully transport this “creamy happiness” into a silicon pudding form.

Place in the freezer for a few hours to settle.

Step 2 - Make the base:

Ingredients:

  • 10 pitted medjool dates
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 8 T raw cacao powder
  • 2 T dry goji berries
  • ½ t vanilla

Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste and make a flat pancake. Spread on a plate covered with parchment paper.

Step 3 - Create white pudding:

Remove the pudding from the freezer and from the mould.

Place it onto the base. Using hands or a folk adjust the base layer to fit the bottom of the pudding.

Step 4 - Make the chocolate topping:

Ingredients:

  • 2 T raw cacao powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 T newearth sweetener of your choice
  • 3 T raw cacao butter or coconut oil, melted

Lovingly mix all the ingredients into a smooth, seductive chocolate liquid and pour it over the white pudding. Let it make its own design. Garnish with your love and imagination <3

The Best Chocolate Bar. You can make it!

Tools: blender, bowls, cutting board, spoon, chocolate bar mold

Ingredients to make the filling:

- 1 cup non roasted pistachio nuts ( it is fun to experiment with other nuts)

- 1/4 cup raw coconut oil, melted

- 2 T maple syrup (or raw honey)

- A pinch of Himalayan salt

Ingredients to make chocolate:

- 4 T raw cacao powder

- 2 T new Earth sweetener of your choice - raw coconut crystals, coconut sugar, agave or maple syrup, etc

- 4 T raw cacao butter, melted

- a touch of vanilla powder (optional)

Step 1. Blend all the ingredients to make a creamy nut filling and transfer it to a bowl. Let it rest.

Step 2. In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the chocolate. Make sure it is smooth and silky.  Keep mixing until the mixture is cooled down. 7-10 minutes at least.

Step 3. Pour the chocolate into a chocolate bar mold half way ONLY and transfer the mold into the refrigerator for 10-15 mins.

Step 4. Get the mold out, Fill the future chocolate bar with the nut cream, staying away from the edges of the mold.

Step 5. Pour the chocolate over the nut cream, filling the mold to the full. It takes a little skill to make the right proportion between the layers, but.... practice makes a master, right? Once you do it once, you will become a chocolate pro.

Leave your creation in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. Then call your friends and family for the chocolate medicine party.

How To Make the best Chia Pudding

 Chia Pudding - yummy healthy treat that contributes to our beauty and health.
Chia seeds are known as a warrior food.
It makes great breakfast, gives inner strength and makes us more beautiful inside out.
2 T each day is making a big difference to how we feel, how our skin looks and how our digestion works.
There are a few ways to use this magical food.

here is how we make a pudding that everyone seems to love.

#Recipe
We need:
-2 T chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup water
(from 30 mins to overnight)
-2 T nut milk ( I like coconut or hemp)
-bunch of berries or your favorite fruits (banana, mango, etc) cut Into small chunks.
-New Earth sweetener - stevia, coconut nectar, maple syrup or just dates and raisins.
-Your favorite yogurt (coconut or whatever you like )
-Porridge or granola (optional)
-Raw Cacao nibs (optional)

How to:
Soak chia seeds in water and nut milk (it turns it white rather than keeping it boring grey)
Sweeten it if you wish with your choice of new earth sweetener. Mix well.
Pour the yumminess to the bottom of a glass bowl.
Throw a bunch of berries in, can add porridge/granola in between the layers.
Top it up with  yogurt...berries, cacao nibs. Imagination is everything 😄💛💫
Play with your food. 
Make it exciting and fun.
Tip: you can color your pudding: to turn it purple - add 1 T fresh beet juice, to make it green - add some matcha powder to nut milk, to make it blue -  use anchan (blue pea) flower tea. 
It makes me happy knowing that more and more people are waking up to the modern food reality and take health back into.their hands.

Easy Chocolate Treat. Love Roulade

For those of you who just begin to make their own treats.
Love Roulade is the easiest treat to create at home, with your kids, family, or that special someone💜

Here is How.
Tools: grinder, bowl, tray, parchment paper, hands.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 T freshly ground nuts (your choice). I used almonds
- 1 T raw cacao powder + 1 T carob powder
- 1 T Maca powder or acai berry powder
- vanilla seeds or essence
- a hint of Himalayan salt
- 2 T of your favorite New Earth sweetener: coconut nectar, coconut flower sugar (the one I used) or date sugar, maple syrup, etc
- 1 T good water
- 1 T raw cacao butter, melted
- a few drops of your favorite food grade oil. I like Rose for this recipe. 

Mix all the ingredients. Roll into a log on a parchment paper. Roll in ground nuts or a mixture of cacao nibs, rose petals and chopped nuts.

 Wrap it up. Let it set for at least an hour a refrigerator.

Unwrap, slice and make yourself a cup of tea.

Take good care of your Self and your loved ones.

Avocado Lemon Mayo


This is a nut-free version of this amazing plant based treat.
Healthy, clean and easy to make.

We need: 5 minutes, blender, glass jar for storage,

  and organic high VV ingredients:


- Avocado, large and ripe
- 1 t spoon lemon/lime skin, freshly grated
- 1 t Himalayan or sea salt
- 1 T Apple cider
- 1 T nutri yeast
- handful of chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, freshly grated (optional)
- 1 t fresh ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup water
and love
Blend all the ingredients together. Done.
Serve with home fries, vegan bread toast or in your favorite sandwitch.

This yummy treat keeps fresh up to one week in a sealed glass jar, in a refrigerator.

New Earth Chocolate. This is How We Make It at Home

  • 2 T raw cacao powder
  • 2 T sweetener of your choice, such as coconut flower/date sugar OR Maple/Agave syrup
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 3 T raw cacao butter or raw coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ t vanilla seeds
  • Nuts of your choice, chopped (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, pecans, cashews, macadamias, etc.)

 Combine cacao powder with salt, vanilla and sweetener. Add the melted cacao butter or coconut oil. Mix well.

When the chocolate fluid of life is ready, lovingly pour it into the little round forms to create the baskets. Place them in the refrigerator for no longer then ten minutes to semi harden.

While waiting, prepare the nuts and design your creations, giving it loving thought. Get the chocolate baskets out and fill them up with nuts any way you wish. This is your chance to chocolate rock-n-roll.

Transfer back to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.

A tip: Little mint leaves, stripes of orange peel, cacao nibs, dried or fresh flowers, shredded coconut, edible gold flakes, and much more can be used to make this creation absolutely rock.

How To Make God's Cheese. Plant-based treat

This is a very easy basic recipe for those who wish to try a different kind of cheese. You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy vegans delights. Clean and honest food is our birth right, and now is a good time to claim that right back.

 Making this creamy-dreamy white, Goats cheese-like, edible magic might be life-changing for you, as it was for many of us. So, let’s play.

 

 I have to say, being a real foodie, my palate missed the taste of cheese when I went fully vegan. You can only imagine my delight when I discovered this edible joy. It tastes just like goats cheese, yet it is made from nuts, and in total alignment with harmony and Universal laws. The little baby goats can have their milk, and we can enjoy our cheese.

Please feel free to replace pili nuts in this recipe with any other kind of nuts that you have at hand (macadamias, cashews, almonds). They all will work as spectacular.

Tools: blender, spatula, cheese cloth or a nut milk bag, large pot, colander (what you use to strain cooked pasta), something heavy to use as a press, and a storage container.

Ingredients:

-          1 Cup Pili nuts, soaked* and peeled

-          1 cup of good water

-          ½ t Himalayan salt

-          2 probiotic capsules

and

-          herbs of your choice (fresh or dry), garlic, black/red pepper, or cranberries and chopped nuts for coating. 

How-To:

 Blend the nuts with water into a smooth creaminess. Add the content of the probiotic capsules and blend one more time.

 

Place the cheese cloth over the colander and pour the soon-to-be-cheese mixture in. Use the spatula to get the remains out of the blender.

 

Wrap the cheese cloth around the mixture, turning it into a bag. Squeeze the bag a little and place the press/weight right over it.

NOW. Place it somewhere warm and non-drafty (like the inside of the oven) for about 17 to 24 hours (depending on the climate of the country you are in). I make this in the evening and start checking (tasting) in the  morning after 15 hours of maturing process. Once you do this once, you will know the time that works for your location.

Once you feel your cheese is ripe enough, take it out of the cloth, mix it with anything your wild heart desires,** coat in herbs or nuts, and refrigerate for at least a few hours before calling your friends for Gods party.

A note:

I made my first vegan cheese in Kuta, Bali, when it was ridiculously hot. It took us 17 hours to get that cheesy taste right. When I made it in Thailand, it was 20 hours of maturing that was just right.

*Pili nuts take only 20 mins to soak, when most of other nuts need a few hours, not more than 7.

**Here are a few of coating suggestions to make your God's cheese absolutely outta-this-world:

-chopped cranberries and thyme (fresh or dry)

-black pepper corns, dill and garlic

-cayenne pepper and poppy seeds

-chopped pistachios or walnuts

-dry dill and red pepper, as pictured above.

 Play with your food.

Lover Cake. Kinda healthy version of Orio

Tools: bowl, serving plate, hands, imagination

Step 1- Make the Cake mix:

Ingredients:

-         2 T coconut or almond (or other nut) milk

-         6 T raw cacao powder

-         2 T maca powder

-         1T lucuma

-         ½ t vanilla seeds

-         2 T coconut flower nectar or maple syrup

-         A pinch Himalayan salt

Combine the nut milk, sweetener, and salt in a large bowl.

Add the dry ingredients, one by one – maca, cacao powder, lucuma and vanilla seeds. Mix until it becomes a chocolate superfood dough.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts.

Roll each part into a ball and flatten between your palms so they look like thick, dark pancakes.

Place one “love cake” on a plate sprinkled with shredded coconut.

Step 2 - Making the cake:

Ingredients:

-         1 T fresh chilled coconut cream

-         1 t shredded coconut, for garnish

-         1 t raw cacao powder, for garnish

-         1 T extra coconut nectar for smudging the bottom layer of the cake (optional)

Spread the extra sweetener (if you decide to use it) on top of the first chocolate layer. Add a layer of coconut cream.

 Gently place the second chocolate “pancake” on top of the cream.

Align the layers. You are a chocolate version of Michelangelo now.

Dust the top of the cake with cacao powder and decorate with shredded coconut.

Serve chilled, on one plate with two folks!

Pistachio Praline

Tools: blender, bowls, cutting board, folk, parchment paper, a cooling rack

Step 1- Make the pralines:

Ingredients to make approximately 20 pralines:

  • 1 cup pistachio nuts

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • A pinch of vanilla

  • ¼ cup raw coconut oil, melted

  • T raw honey or any other sweetener

  • 1 T chopped pistachios, for decoration.

Blend/grind the nuts and salt first, then add the coconut oil and honey. Blend again. Transfer the creamy mixture into the bowl and use your hands to form pralines. Place them on a parchment paper and freeze for at least an hour.

Step 2 - Make the chocolate coating:

Ingredients:

  • 4 T raw cacao powder

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

  • 2 T sweetener of your choice (Marple syrup or Coconut nectar, etc)

  • 5 T raw cacao butter, melted

Lovingly mix the cacao with a sweetener and salt in a large bowl until the chocolate mass is smooth and silky.

Step 3 - Enrobing:

Dip frozen pralines in the chocolate lake a few times, until completely coated. It’s easy: toss them into the coating chocolate, let them swim around and fish out with a fork, letting the treats dry on a parchment paper.

Decorate with finely chopped nuts while the chocolate coat is still moist. Let the pralines rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Enjoy.

A tip: To be a real pro at “enrobing,” transfer the treats onto a cooling rack to let the chocolate drip rather than pool. This will prevent your heavenly creations from having a “chocolate foot,” making them look seriously professional.

Tools: bowl, grinder, chocolate bar moulds or a plastic container, imagination

Ingredients for one medium bar:

  • 2 T dried berries of your choice, such as blueberries or strawberries

  • 3 T raw cacao powder

  • 3 T ground nuts of your choice (macadamia, almonds, etc.)

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

  • 2 T sweetener of your choice. I used Marple syrup here

  • ¼ t vanilla seeds

  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

  • 5 T raw cacao butter, melted*

In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients, add berries, cacao butter, and lovingly mix them all together.

Pour the “love berry” chocolate mixture into a mould. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about two hours.

 You can personalize this recipe any way you wish, and choose from dried strawberries, mulberries, cherries, goji/inca berries, etc.

You are a real star!

 

Super Power. Kick-Ass-Cacao-Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces of fresh almond milk*

  • ½ T maca powder

  • 1 T cacao nibs

  • 1 T spirulina

  • 1 T lucuma

  • 1 T maqui berry powder

  • ¼ t mucuna

  • ½ cup fresh, frozen or dried blueberries or any other good berries

  • ½ t vanilla seeds (optional)

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

  • 1-2 T soaked chia seeds

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 t liquid sweetener (optional), if you like it sweeter

Lovingly blend all the ingredients. Add the sweetener if needed, to suit your taste. Enjoy slowly and mindfully as breakfast.

Nothing can stop your superpowers now!

 

 

 

Choco-Coco-Berry Dream: Nice Cream

Tools: blender, a large bowl, container

          Ingredients:

-         1  cup of coconut cream or milk

-         2 T your favorite new earth liquid sweetener: maple syrup, coconut nectar, agave, etc.

-         ¼ t vanilla seeds or 1/2 t vanilla essence

-         2 T raw cacao powder

-         1 cup frozen berries

-         7-10 dried juniper berries (optional)

-         Shredded coconut and coconut cream, fruits and flowers for garnish

Enthusiastically blend all the ingredients (apart from the last one) until smooth. Pour the heavenly cream into a container.

Store it in a freezer for at least two hours.

To serve the choco-coco-berry delight, dig into the frozen cream and place a few servings into a bowl. Garnish with coconut cream and/or flowers and fruits.

Remember – presentation is everything!

A tip: Kept in the freezer for longer than a few hours, this treat will harden up. Remove it from the freezer 20-30 minutes before you intend to enjoy it.

Tools: glass, bowls, imagination

Ingredients for the layers of one dessert:

-         1 T Thai basil or chia seeds soaked in 2/3 cup water

-         1 T coconut milk

-         1 T fresh, organic beet juice

 

Ingredients for raw chocolate sauce:

-         1 T raw agave or yacon syrup

-         1 t still mineral water

-         1,5 T raw cacao powder

Step 1: Soak Thai basil/Chia seeds. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Step 2: In a bowl, combine the sweetener, water and coconut oil, add cacao powder to make the chocolate sauce. Mix well and set aside.

           Step 3: Add the coconut milk and beet juice to the soaked Thai basil (or Chia) seeds.

 

            Step 4: Put a few spoons of the purple mixture into the bottom of the glass. Shake it gently to let it set evenly.

            Step 5: Add the chocolate layer now.

            Step 6:  Repeat.

  Use your beautiful imagination to make it look as yummy as it tastes. Cacao nibs, already made raw chocolates, flowers or greens. 

Let this decadent, luscious dessert rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.

New Earth Sweeteners

Most of us love a little sweet now and then.

Once we take full responsibility for what substance delivers that sweetness to our palate and our life, we can rock our worlds like we could never imagine: we feel and think better, we like the way we look, and that is kinda sexy.

There are many sweeteners available to us these days that are far healthier than the stripped-down, refined and processed white sugar. We can have real, raw honey, natural sweet powders made from dried fruits, yummy syrups lovingly made from flowers, roots and tree saps, and amazing plant drops.

 

The quality of the sweeteners we choose affects the way we feel.

 

Honey: There are many kinds of honey out there, and they are referred to by many different names – raw, natural, pure, adulterated, and artificial (no idea why it is called “honey.”) I suggest ONLY raw, natural honey, with no additives. 

  

Sugars: There are many kinds of sugar that are far healthier than white, refined sugar. New Earth Alternatives include: coconut, palm, and date sugar, raw coconut crystals, jaggery, and carazuc (a name for organic coconut flower sugar), just to mention a few.

 

I do not encourage eating a lot of sugars, I simply suggest replacing the white addictive stuff with a healthier alternative. Please make sure that you do your research  to make conscious choices that serve and support the best in you and in our world.

If you are vegan or wish to avoid any kind of sugar, yet still fancy some treats, I suggest medjool dates or seedless raisins blended into a sweet mass. 

Other Ways to Sweeten Life and Chocolates: For people with diabetes, the sweetener I used with great success is stevia from reliable manufacturers. In my experience, sensitive people also tend to respond well to yacon syrup. It is especially good for those who are on a diet or trying to watch their weight.

 

A few words about lucuma that I like to add to this category as well: It is a sweet powdered superfood with a maple-like taste that is high in minerals and vitamins, including beta carotene, zinc, iron and many other nutrients. It comes from the Peruvian fruit and proves to be a perfect sweetener for decadent creamy creations, suitable for the most sugar sensitive of us.

There is a safe way to sweeten life for every kind of uniqueness in us, we just need to make a little effort, do the research and apply the knowledge.

To me, there is nothing more pleasing than to watch a person, who has been deprived of all of their favorite foods due to illness, finally enjoying sweet treats that taste really “naughty,” and yet don’t do damage to their system. Guilt-free, healing decadent treats are a miracle to me!

Chili LOVER. Some Like It Hot-n-Raw

This is one of the sexiest, decadent, romantic chocolate treats we can create.  Shall we?

Tools: bowl, grinder, moulds

Ingredients for 10 spicy delights:

-          3 T raw cacao powder

-         A pinch of Himalayan salt

-          1 T ground raw coconut crystalsor raw honey

-          3 T raw cacao butter, melted

-         A pinch of chili powder or more (!)

-         10 dried Inca berries (also called Golden Berries)

Place one Inca berry in each niche of the mould.

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients into a glossy chocolate lake.

Mindfully pour into the moulds over the golden berries. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
