More and more people are looking for ways to stay healthy and alert. More and more of us are realizing that old world paradigm is not serving the best in our SELF and our planet.

Watching TV, eating diseased flesh, using chemicals and staying plugged into the system does not lead us anywhere. It keeps ud stagnant, trapped in a slave mode.

I watch in awe the process of transformation!
Humanity is taking the next step of evolution.
I have always believed in change!!!
I healed my body and my mind enough to have faith and confidence in this process.

If you chose to be a part of this global transformation taking place...you are busy making changes in your life. I salute you all beautiful peaceful warriors!!!

How To Go PLANTBASED?

- Start by educating yourself. Check out reliable sources of information and connect with those who are on the path. Join groups and find support.
- Eliminate all processed FOODs, meat and dairy from your diet. They all carry tamasic quality. Learn about real nutrition and how to relate to your beautiful miracle machine - Body. Remember - only life supports life!

- Invite Superfoods in to your life. Turmeric. Spirulina. Unrefined Cacao.... are the best three to start with.
- Start moving your Body.
- Go.on an easy cleanse. Juice or fruit.
- Run to Nature every time you can. Concrete jungle is not good for our mental health.
- Seek silence....at least an hour a day.
- Start something new - meditation, yoga, hiking, swimming, rebounding, walking, creativity. All these sattvic activities will bring you closer to your deep real SELF and inspire the best in you.
- Make a conscious desicion to make an inner shift. Find those who bring and support the best in You.
- Stop avoiding the inner work. Face what is You. You are a majestic unique particle of the You-niverse....and she is waiting for You to join the bigger picture.
Sooner or later we all realize that true Healing begins within. It is by looking inward and practicing awareness we find meaning to our life and contribute to the outer world.

What To Expect?

- You will go through a stage that might not feel that great. After we stop bombarding our system with poisons, we go into a reprogramming mode - we might have withdrawal symptoms, like skin rashes, headaches, unexplainable inner tension and mood swings. This is a normal reaction. Things often get worse before they get better.
- You will have cravings for slave food. Programming is tough.  Be prepared for it.
- You will be mocked and pulled back into the old world paradigm by those who chose a different path. Let it go.
- You will feel lighter, happier and will become slimmer.

- After 5-6 weeks of making a transition you will start experiencing yourself differently. As if your new version of You begins to emerge.
It will be your best motivation.

You are ready.
Start now. Start where you are and how you are. Many of us already did it, You can do it too. I believe in you.
You are welcome to go through my site  for nurturing and supportive vibes.

The day will come when all will be concord, HARMONY, light, joy and light."

How To Make God's Cheese. Plant-based treat

This is a very easy basic recipe for those who wish to try a different kind of cheese. You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy vegans delights. Clean and honest food is our birth right, and now is a good time to claim that right back.

Making this creamy-dreamy white, Goats cheese-like, edible magic might be life-changing for you, as it was for many of us. So, let’s play.

I have to say, being a real foodie, my palate missed the taste of cheese when I went fully vegan. You can only imagine my delight when I discovered this edible joy. It tastes just like goats cheese, yet it is made from nuts, and in total alignment with harmony and Universal laws. The little baby goats can have their milk, and we can enjoy our cheese.

Please feel free to replace pili nuts in this recipe with any other kind of nuts that you have at hand (macadamias, cashews, almonds). They all will work as spectacular.

Tools: blender, spatula, cheese cloth or a nut milk bag, large pot, colander (what you use to strain cooked pasta), something heavy to use as a press, and a storage container.

Ingredients:

-          1 Cup Pili nuts, soaked* and peeled

-          1 cup of good water

-          ½ t Himalayan salt

-          2 probiotic capsules

and

-          herbs of your choice (fresh or dry), garlic, black/red pepper, or cranberries and chopped nuts for coating.

How-To:

Blend the nuts with water into a smooth creaminess. Add the content of the probiotic capsules and blend one more time.

Place the cheese cloth over the colander and pour the soon-to-be-cheese mixture in. Use the spatula to get the remains out of the blender.

Wrap the cheese cloth around the mixture, turning it into a bag. Squeeze the bag a little and place the press/weight right over it.

NOW. Place it somewhere warm and non-drafty (like the inside of the oven) for about 17 to 24 hours (depending on the climate of the country you are in). I make this in the evening and start checking (tasting) in the  morning after 15 hours of maturing process. Once you do this once, you will know the time that works for your location.

Once you feel your cheese is ripe enough, take it out of the cloth, mix it with anything your wild heart desires,** coat in herbs or nuts, and refrigerate for at least a few hours before calling your friends for Gods party.

A note:

I made my first vegan cheese in Kuta, Bali, when it was ridiculously hot. It took us 17 hours to get that cheesy taste right. When I made it in Thailand, it was 20 hours of maturing that was just right.

*Pili nuts take only 20 mins to soak, when most of other nuts need a few hours, not more than 7.

**Here are a few of coating suggestions to make your God's cheese absolutely outta-this-world:

-chopped cranberries and thyme (fresh or dry)

-black pepper corns, dill and garlic

-cayenne pepper and poppy seeds

-chopped pistachios or walnuts

-dry dill and red pepper, as pictured above.

 Play with your food.

Enjoy! Let me know what you came up with, send some pictures too.

Stay clean, fit and fabulous. You are worth it.
