White Christmas Pudding. PlantPower Unique Treat that you will LOVE.

Tools: bowls, a silicon pudding form, plate, parchment paper, cutting board, hands, imagination

Step 1- Make the fluffy pudding:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of coconut flour

- ½ cup spring (filtered) water

- 5 T raw coconut oil, melted

- 3 T coconut nectar (or any other newearth liquid sweetener)

- ½ cup raw cacao nibs

- ½ cup dry goji berries

- ½ cup cranberries

- ½ cup dry blueberries or raisins

- 1-2 T grated orange peel

- 1 t vanilla seeds

- 1 t cinnamon

- 1 T finely chopped fresh mint leaves

- A few fresh mint leaves and goji berries for garnish

In a large bowl mix the coconut flour, water, coconut nectar and coconut oil until texture is fluffy and creamy.

One by one, add in the remaining ingredients. Mix with love.

Mindfully transport this “creamy happiness” into a silicon pudding form.

Place in the freezer for a few hours to settle.

Step 2 - Make the base:

Ingredients:

  • 10 pitted medjool dates
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 8 T raw cacao powder
  • 2 T dry goji berries
  • ½ t vanilla

Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste and make a flat pancake. Spread on a plate covered with parchment paper.

Step 3 - Create white pudding:

Remove the pudding from the freezer and from the mould.

Place it onto the base. Using hands or a folk adjust the base layer to fit the bottom of the pudding.

Step 4 - Make the chocolate topping:

Ingredients:

  • 2 T raw cacao powder
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 T newearth sweetener of your choice
  • 3 T raw cacao butter or coconut oil, melted

Lovingly mix all the ingredients into a smooth, seductive chocolate liquid and pour it over the white pudding. Let it make its own design. Garnish with your love and imagination <3

Easy Chocolate Treat. Love Roulade

For those of you who just begin to make their own treats.
Love Roulade is the easiest treat to create at home, with your kids, family, or that special someone💜

Here is How.
Tools: grinder, bowl, tray, parchment paper, hands.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 T freshly ground nuts (your choice). I used almonds
- 1 T raw cacao powder + 1 T carob powder
- 1 T Maca powder or acai berry powder
- vanilla seeds or essence
- a hint of Himalayan salt
- 2 T of your favorite New Earth sweetener: coconut nectar, coconut flower sugar (the one I used) or date sugar, maple syrup, etc
- 1 T good water
- 1 T raw cacao butter, melted
- a few drops of your favorite food grade oil. I like Rose for this recipe. 

Mix all the ingredients. Roll into a log on a parchment paper. Roll in ground nuts or a mixture of cacao nibs, rose petals and chopped nuts.

 Wrap it up. Let it set for at least an hour a refrigerator.

Unwrap, slice and make yourself a cup of tea.

Avocado Lemon Mayo


This is a nut-free version of this amazing plant based treat.
Healthy, clean and easy to make.

We need: 5 minutes, blender, glass jar for storage,

  and organic high VV ingredients:


- Avocado, large and ripe
- 1 t spoon lemon/lime skin, freshly grated
- 1 t Himalayan or sea salt
- 1 T Apple cider
- 1 T nutri yeast
- handful of chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, freshly grated (optional)
- 1 t fresh ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup water
and love
Blend all the ingredients together. Done.
Serve with home fries, vegan bread toast or in your favorite sandwitch.

This yummy treat keeps fresh up to one week in a sealed glass jar, in a refrigerator.
