Conscious Eating

Delicious allGood4U Desserts in just a few minutes

Food was meant to be healthy & fun. When we have healthy relationship with food (and our own SELF), we can create amazing treats for our Self and our loved ones in a blink of an eye (ok, maybe a few blinks).
Making the following desserts is as easy as making a cup of tea, really. Anyone can do it, from my life-long experience of teaching food creating, even kids enjoy making treats like this. Why not? Making your own food, especially this delicious and easy - is a form of art, and we are all artists - it is a messy, yummy, creative & joyful experience.

If you have a blender (no need for anything sophisticated,) a few spare minutes and some coconut cream - you can make all following treats right now, and even of you don't have a blender, you can still make most of them.

I do not know what fruits you have in your kitchen today and how much food preparing you usually engage in, but I know this - once you make any of these treats, you will make sure that you have some frozen fruits and berries in your freezer for the next time. Just a little time and imagination creates miracles.. edible ones in this case, as long as you have a coconut cream - you are a god/goddess of dessert-making, believe it or not.
You can use fruits and berries, fresh, frozen, or dry, you can mix whatever you like and how you like. You can also use cacao or carob powder, other super foods, edible flowers, essential food grade oil to enhance the flavor of your creations.

Coconut Cream is a wonderful replacement of the the dairy not-good4U cream.
I often joke that I moved to Thailand so i can eat as much coconut cream as i wish. Here we have it in two forms - fresh (from the coconut man (Thai “milk man” who makes it right there in the market corner - from real coconuts), and we have it in a paper carton from any shop (even 7/11). I have been playing with this luxurious plant derived heaven for many years and still marvel at all the possibilities.
Plant based desserts made from coconut are the best - cakes, nice creams, truffles, chocolate (milk variety), sweet spreads, cookies (oh, that is another story) etc. There is so much we can make from this heavenly edible, and isn’t it nice to know - it is cell-friendly, it comes from a tree, from mama Nature, just avoid the one that has been canned, as we know - nothing canned is good for us.

Here we go - delicious and fun treats with just a few minutes invested.

On Blue Solar Water aka ENERGY WATER

20190915_151555.jpg

Well, when you choose turning to Nature for restoring your state of well-being, You might find yourself doing all sorts of weird stuff- zapping, hanging upside down, fasting on a regular basis, drinking green shots, ingesting/chewing leaves & plants, etc, I am sure some of you know the feeling.

I have to say that during my long natural healing journey I had to self-experiment with a lot of unusual (to put it nicely) activities ... or shall I call them rituals, that awaken our power within and bring the desired vibrational change. I admit - not everything natural & good4us that I tried felt pleasant, for example - after teaching myself to like wheat grass for decades - I finally gave up, not on taking it, but on enjoying it. I know it is good for me, I feel what it does to my cells, so I take a breath and just get it down, then I make fun faces for a few moments after and move on to the next moment of this magical trip called human life. It feels good to be good to one's SELF.

Having said that, there are some truly enjoyable experiences that enhance our connection with Nature and let us feel her love & empowerment that she has for us all. Like blue solar water!

Powers of drinking Blue Glass Solar Water are seriously underestimated in our world (if only that, hey!)
We all know that our human body - this incredible sophisticated piece of machinery is mostly made of water. Quality of the water we drink determines the state of our well-being. It is the law!
We drink just water (tap/fluoride/coming out of the plastic bottle/etc) - we get one experience of the SELF.
We drink spring clean/ charged/ crystalline/ copper/blue solar water - we do feel the difference, even the most skeptical of us. The difference is felt & experienced, no discussions needed.

So, what is this Blue Solar Water and why is it good for us and where do we get it from?

"Drinking Blue Solar Water transmutes memories and replaying problems in the subconscious mind and helps the body to “Let Go and Let God”. ~ Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len (Hawaiian Ho’oponopono master)

Blue Soar Water is water charged by the energy of our ever-loving sun.
It carries a different frequency and effects us on a deep subatomical level more then we can understand or explain. Something magical happens to all things kissed by the sun.

The following list of benefits have been observed & reported by many of us who have the experience of drinking Blue Solar Water:

< It tastes sweet and feels ALIVE.
< It improves the general feeling of WELL-BEING.
< It carries the solar energy into our cells, allowing us to heal what needs healing & to let go of the past wounds.
< It effects our thinking and helps us to re-program what is SELF.
< It speeds up healing process.
< It is considered to be an elixir that activates our own self-healing powers within.

20190915_140349.jpg

Blue Solar Water can be used for cooking, making tea/smoothies, watering our plants, and even washing our veggies and fruits.

All we need to make this magic water is a blue glass bottle & the love of sun!

We simply fill the blue glass bottle with the water that we currently use (not filtered) & leave it outside to absorb the energy of the sun for a few hours.

Isn't it awesome to know that we can produce your own energy water if we choose so?
Isn't it amazing to personally experience TRANSFORMATION and GROWTH by aligning with the laws of Nature?

ChocOrange Mousse. Just plants & love

ChocolateOrangeGanache{20141211122052}.jpg

There are gazillions of great recipes these days.
Some are healthier then others.
Very often we compromise on the health factor to get the taste of our treats.
I personally believe that we can have it all these days, and I love-love-love showing how it is done.

This Chocolate Mousse is easy to make, it is loved by ALL- non-vegans, plant-based, raw foodies, even kids love it (just do not tell them it is made with avocado).
Do not take my word for it, create this treat this week, and give yourself and your loved ones a real treat.

I had an honor to show how this mousse is done in a beautiful restaurant in Kathmandu yesterday (been inspiring conscious cafes & restaurants for the last decade) and while this inspiration (and the taste in my mouth) is fresh - I decided to share it with you here.

Ingredients to make two servings:

  • 2 ripe avocados, stoned and peeled

  • 4 T raw cacao powder

  • 2-3 T coconut nectar OR Maple Syrup OR 5-6 medjool dates (whatever you like or have)

  • 1/4 t vanilla seeds (optional)

  • 3 T raw coconut oil or cacao butter, melted*

  • 2 T fresh squeezed orange juice

  • 1 T finely grated orange peel and/or 2 drops food grade orange oil

  • A few slices of fresh orange and mint leaves for presentation

Scrape the flesh from the avocados into a blender.

Add the cacao, vanilla, orange juice, coconut oil or cacao butter, sweetener of your choice and orange peel and/or orange oil. Blend all the ingredients together into a creamy concoction.

Prepare the presentation part by arranging a few slices of fresh orange with mint leaves at the bottom of each glass.

Spoon the mousse on top of the orange. Gently shake the glass, letting the mixture ‘hug’ the fruit and leaves.
Place the decadent desserts in the refrigerator for a few hours. Before serving, garnish with more orange and mint leaves, as well as cacao.

A tip: Avocados do not taste like avocados when they are hanging out with raw cacao and orange. However, if you happen to dislike them, replace with frozen bananas

Enjoy.

Take good care of yourself and your loved ones, so together we take care of the world we live in!
Thank you for being a part of my journey.

THE ASTONISHING POWER OF PLANT-BASED FOOD.

healthy-eating-ingredients-vegetables-fruits-legumes-nutrition-diet-clean-food-concept-151662757.jpg

Many people experience a powerful change after going plant-based. They feel and look more radiant and claim to have more energy and feel better. Why is that?

First, let us make a clear distinction between VEGAN and a PLANT BASED diet.

Going vegan is absolutely wonderful, it is a great step that more and more people are taking these days. It shows compassion for other earthlings and demonstrates a caring human HEART. Veganism is a beautiful movement in its intention to delete cruelty towards animals on this planet.

Yet, it is important to understand that vegan food can still be processed, chemicalized and absolutely not healthy. Modern food Industry is happy to meet our vegan demands and come up with more and more love-less, health-less products. Nicely packaged, zero-nutrient processed product is still a chemical bomb, even if it has a label "vegan" on it. It is wise to see the difference. Commercializing veganism is yet another trick used on innocent humanity. Industry that is governed by profit & shows zero consideration for HEALTH cannot be trusted by those who are HEALTH-orientated.

15037260_1808741266029778_3885743922309729662_n.jpg

Health orientated people choose PLANT BASED way.

It is FRESH, ORGANIC, and not only it carries the frequency of the Earth to our cells, it is supports farmers with integrity.

Here is the list of effects it has on our state of WELL-BEING:

< Detoxifying and assisting our in-built self-healing mechanism.

< Empowering. It floods the system with essential nutrients that play important role in our HEALTH.

< Cleansing & Rejuvenating. It removes toxins that we collected from eating all those processed foods and improves our immunity.

< It de-calcifies pineal gland.

< Strengthening and aligning. Plants build our cells and allow our system to align with our original blueprint.

< Plant-based foods enhance our connection to Nature, that much needed by many these days.

< Energizing. The sun energy absorbed by the plants is gently passed on to our cells, making us feel alive..

< Plant-based food is the healthiest food on Earth!

Anyone looking for ways to enhance their state of WELL-BEING benefit greatly from switching to a whole, fresh, organic - PLANT BASED - food.

Creative Yummy Dips that made me fall in LOVE with PLANTS

20170912_135716-1.jpg

The reason why so many of us do not think highly of vegetables is because no one really showed us what to do with them. Pardon my observations… but tired salad leaves sprinkled with a chemical waist for a dressing OR brutally chopped carrots OR, worse - severely overcooked greens are sad -sad -sad. No one will ever like plants that are served with no imagination…… Far more exciting is all those fancy-shmancy beautifully wrapped and well-presented dead substances sold to us as food. Right? Right… unless you want to get more out of your food then just looks and taste.

Imagination is everything.

Empowering Foods

FB_IMG_1521123713084.jpg

Before I share the list of most empowering High Vibe edibles with you, let me say this - for decades I watched hundreds of people transform right in front of my eyes: getting slimmer, having better mood and becoming radiant & illuminated, plus - I got to witness my own healing story for 50 years ... so, the TRANSFORMATION of so many of us is the living proof of how high vibe food effect us, no need for FDA approval here.

Of course, we are all unique, and we must remember that, we all have our own vibrational signature and therefore - our response to doing the same things/eating the same foods might be different as well.

But.... if you are a sensitive being like the one writing this, I am sure you have noticed by now:

  • If we consume something that is yummy to the palate, but empty (at best) or harming (at worst) to our cells - we feel foggy and heavy.

  • If we fast for a week, or at least for 24 hours - we feel better and lighter.
Just stopping consumption of all those processed foods - feel good and healing..

  • Not everything that tastes delicious is good for You.
Taste of food has nothing to do with its VV (Vibrational Value), and that is why so many of us became really creative these day, we know how to make the most yummolisious meals out of plants.

  • There is a connection/relationship between our Body and Food for sure....., even though eating the right food is not the only way to better our Self.

15965332_1838898603014044_3268620683345587512_n.jpg

So, what foods give us Power and charge our cells with Life?

The answer is - Fresh Organic Plantbased food is our medicine.
The fresher - the better. The less the system messed with it - the better.
There is a difference between an apple from the tree that grows behind your house (or those you buy it from) and the apple that you got from a grocery store - who knows what soil it grew in, when it was picked, and what it was sprayed or waxed with, so it looks handsome and fresh for you.

3.jpg

So …. FRESH FOOD is the only food, not packaged and beautifully wrapped and labeled, not chemicalized and commercialized. FRESH.

The shorter the journey from mama Earth to your mouth - the better it is for You.

The other criteria to pay attention to is VV - Vibrational Value.
Some edibles charge our cells with light and energy, some foods rob us of it..
Let me just say this - the way I feel after consuming my super food shake is not the same I feel after eating fried potato chips (even home made).

Vibrational Value of what we feed our cells - is e v e r y t h i n g.
That is how FOOD becomes MEDICINE, that is when FOOD becomes LOVE.
High VV food - medicine. Low VV food - garbage.

List of High VV medicinal foods:

FB_IMG_1521129232691.jpg
  • Sprouts: sunflower, mung beans, alfalfa, etc

  • Super foods: Spirulina, Chlorella, Unrefined Cacao, Maca, Camu-Camu, Hemp/Flax/Chia seeds, Matcha, etc (feel free to learn more about super foods in my blog articles ).

  • Medicinal Spices: Turmeric, Cayenne pepper, Cinnamon, Cardamom, etc

  • Empowering herbs: Ginger, Garlic, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Basil/Tulsi, etc

  • Veggies and fruits: Spinach/ Beetroot/Celery/Carrot/Eggplant/ Avocado/Tomatoes/Apples/ Coconut Water/Melons/Pineapple/Papaya/Pomegranate, etc

  • All kind of berries.

  • Raw Coconut Oil & Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (watch out for the chemicalized ones).

Of course, there is much more to this subject, but it is a good start.

What is happening to us these days is absolutely beautiful!
Collectively we shed layers of conditioning, we review our old beliefs and gain a deeper understanding of the bigger picture. How empowering and inspiring it is to know that we are the ones with the power of choice, perhaps - the only real power we have here. We create more CLARITY, we are HEALING, we are evolving.

It is not just about you and me healing our bodies.. it is about us creating a new world together, a world of healthy and happy people, living their lives in ALIGNMENT with the higher truth.

Take good care of your cells.

You are luminous creation of the Universe, You are meant to be WHOLE, HARMONIOUS and FREE.

What are SUPER FOODS and How We Can Benefit from Them

P-3.Fillers.SUPERFOODS.jpg

Have you heard about super foods? Do you know what they can do for you?

What are super foods?

Super foods are high vibrational edible substances that have the power to heal our cells.
Super foods speak directly to our DNA and activate our original blueprint, it is as if they remind us of how we are meant to feel.
How are we meant to feel?  The answer to that is - Ah-MAZING!

We are supposed to feel absolutely beautiful - aligned and connected, energetic and inspired, HARMONIOUS and FREE.

images (2).jpg

Super foods contain myriads of nutriceuticals - minerals and vitamins, ready to digest proteins, and powerful medicinal properties that alter our frequency and restore our cells. They have been used for thousands of years in rituals and ceremonies aimed to reconnect with the deep True Self and the whole of the CREATION.

Those of us who invited these magical powerful substances into our well being cannot help but see taking super foods as one of the greatest tools of self-healing and TRANSFORMATION.

I started experimenting with super foods 20 years ago, after refusing to take pharmaceuticals, and eager to find natural ways to restore my immunity.

I am convinced that my taking super foods contributed to the state of my well being and assisted my self healing profoundly. I also had an honor to watch hundreds of miraculous transformations in those who started taking super foods - weight loss, stronger immunity, better sleep, radiant and youthful looks, mental clarity and increased energy level, to mention just a few.

Here is a list of Super foods that I put together for those of you willing to play:

- TURMERIC (bio powder)
- SPIRULINA
- UNREFINED/RAW CACAO
- CHLORELLA
- MACA
- MUCUNA
- MESQUITE
- SHILAJIT
- CAMU-CAMU
- LUCUMA
- ACAI BERRY POWDER
- GOJI BERRIES
- INCA BERRIES (aka Golden berries)
- BLUEBERRIES
- MATCHA TEA
- HEMP SEEDS
- CHIA /FLAX SEEDS
- ASHWAGANDA

There are thousands of edible magical substances on this planet. Nature has been kind and generous to us. It gave us everything we need to be HEALTHY, WHOLE and WELL. The questions are -

Are We Willing to un-Learn and re-Learn?

Are We Ready for our personal TRANSFORMATION?

Are We Willing to be curious and courageous?

SupePowersSmoothie.jpg

Few words must be said:
Food is not the only way to help us restore our wholeness, yet it is an important part of our self-healing process.
It is of paramount importance - to look for super foods produced by those practicing integrity and respect to Nature. Most so called foods in the modern world have been severely processed and therefore altered, they are emptied of life, of any value, be it vibrational or nutritional.

I strongly recommend not to buy super foods from China, and to be very selective about the food companies we choose to support.
From my experience, best quality super foods come from companies that care about humanity’s HEALTH and LIFE of this planet. They are driven by the heart, not chasing profit.
The best thing to start with super foods is - to do your own research, to self-experiment, and to feel your way into this new exiting and mysterious way of being You.

Super foods are fun to get to know and experiment with, as our cells respond to them almost immediately, they are used in smoothies and shakes, blended with fresh/frozen fruits or, if in powder form, - just mixed with water!

Let us take good care of our cells (Self), so together we can take care of the world we live in!

What are New Earth Chocolates?

unnamed[3].jpg

New Earth Chocolate is the chocolate from the future.

It is what Nature has always intended for us.. before the Food Industry had its way with it.

This kind of chocolate is free from chemicals, unhealthy additives, white sugar or milk powder. It is created with natural high quality ingredients ONLY - high vibe medicinal cacao, untreated nuts and nutriceuticals (super foods, food grade essential oils, and spices) and new earth sweeteners, such as coconut or date sugar, maple/yacon syrup, raw honey, stevia, etc.

Quality, freshness and health consciousness must be a motto of anyone creating food in this world.

New Earth Chocolates are kind and loving not only to the palate.. but to our DNA and our cells.

 One can safely say,

"It is medicine that tastes like chocolate"

Now that we know that, we can make a choice - to continue buying old world chocolates filled with additives and chemicals, made by those who dont care about our HEALTH OR switch to the New Earth Chocolates - clean, plantbased, medicinal, made by those who care about WELLNESS, CONSCIOUSNESS and EARTH.

-bunch of berries or your favorite fruits (banana, mango, etc) cut Into small chunks.
-New Earth sweetener - stevia, coconut nectar, maple syrup or just dates and raisins.
-Your favorite yogurt (coconut or whatever you like )
-Porridge or granola (optional)
-Raw Cacao nibs (optional)

How to:
Soak chia seeds in water and nut milk (it turns it white rather than keeping it boring grey)
Sweeten it if you wish with your choice of new earth sweetener. Mix well.
Pour the yumminess to the bottom of a glass bowl.
Throw a bunch of berries in, can add porridge/granola in between the layers.
Top it up with  yogurt...berries, cacao nibs. Imagination is everything 😄💛💫
Play with your food.
Make it exciting and fun.

Tip: you can color your pudding: to turn it purple - add 1 T fresh beet juice, to make it green - add some matcha tea powder to nut milk, to make it blue -  use anchan (blue pea) flower tea.
It makes me happy knowing that more and more people are waking up to the modern food reality and take health back into.their hands.

Take good care of your cells and your loved ones.. so together we take care of this planet, this beautiful world we live in.

Enjoy!

How To Make God's Cheese. Plant-based treat

This is a very easy basic recipe for those who wish to try a different kind of cheese. You don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy vegans delights. Clean and honest food is our birth right, and now is a good time to claim that right back.

Making this creamy-dreamy white, Goats cheese-like, edible magic might be life-changing for you, as it was for many of us. So, let’s play.

I have to say, being a real foodie, my palate missed the taste of cheese when I went fully vegan. You can only imagine my delight when I discovered this edible joy. It tastes just like goats cheese, yet it is made from nuts, and in total alignment with harmony and Universal laws. The little baby goats can have their milk, and we can enjoy our cheese.

Please feel free to replace pili nuts in this recipe with any other kind of nuts that you have at hand (macadamias, cashews, almonds). They all will work as spectacular.

Tools: blender, spatula, cheese cloth or a nut milk bag, large pot, colander (what you use to strain cooked pasta), something heavy to use as a press, and a storage container.

Ingredients:

-          1 Cup Pili nuts, soaked* and peeled

-          1 cup of good water

-          ½ t Himalayan salt

-          2 probiotic capsules

and

-          herbs of your choice (fresh or dry), garlic, black/red pepper, or cranberries and chopped nuts for coating.

How-To:

Blend the nuts with water into a smooth creaminess. Add the content of the probiotic capsules and blend one more time.

Place the cheese cloth over the colander and pour the soon-to-be-cheese mixture in. Use the spatula to get the remains out of the blender.

Wrap the cheese cloth around the mixture, turning it into a bag. Squeeze the bag a little and place the press/weight right over it.

NOW. Place it somewhere warm and non-drafty (like the inside of the oven) for about 17 to 24 hours (depending on the climate of the country you are in). I make this in the evening and start checking (tasting) in the  morning after 15 hours of maturing process. Once you do this once, you will know the time that works for your location.

Once you feel your cheese is ripe enough, take it out of the cloth, mix it with anything your wild heart desires,** coat in herbs or nuts, and refrigerate for at least a few hours before calling your friends for Gods party.

A note:

I made my first vegan cheese in Kuta, Bali, when it was ridiculously hot. It took us 17 hours to get that cheesy taste right. When I made it in Thailand, it was 20 hours of maturing that was just right.

*Pili nuts take only 20 mins to soak, when most of other nuts need a few hours, not more than 7.

**Here are a few of coating suggestions to make your God's cheese absolutely outta-this-world:

-chopped cranberries and thyme (fresh or dry)

-black pepper corns, dill and garlic

-cayenne pepper and poppy seeds

-chopped pistachios or walnuts

-dry dill and red pepper, as pictured above.

 Play with your food.

Enjoy! Let me know what you came up with, send some pictures too.

Stay clean, fit and fabulous. You are worth it.

Lover Cake. Kinda healthy version of Orio

Lovers Cake.jpg

Tools: bowl, serving plate, hands, imagination

Step 1- Make the Cake mix:

Ingredients:

-         2 T coconut or almond (or other nut) milk

-         6 T raw cacao powder

-         2 T maca powder

-         1T lucuma

-         ½ t vanilla seeds

-         2 T coconut flower nectar or maple syrup

-         A pinch Himalayan salt

Combine the nut milk, sweetener, and salt in a large bowl.

Add the dry ingredients, one by one – maca, cacao powder, lucuma and vanilla seeds. Mix until it becomes a chocolate superfood dough.

Divide the mixture into two equal parts.

Roll each part into a ball and flatten between your palms so they look like thick, dark pancakes.

Place one “love cake” on a plate sprinkled with shredded coconut.

Step 2 - Making the cake:

Ingredients:

-         1 T fresh chilled coconut cream

-         1 t shredded coconut, for garnish

-         1 t raw cacao powder, for garnish

-         1 T extra coconut nectar for smudging the bottom layer of the cake (optional)

Spread the extra sweetener (if you decide to use it) on top of the first chocolate layer. Add a layer of coconut cream.

Gently place the second chocolate “pancake” on top of the cream.

Align the layers. You are a chocolate version of Michelangelo now.

Dust the top of the cake with cacao powder and decorate with shredded coconut.

Serve chilled, on one plate with two folks!

Love is always in the air. Enjoy!

Pistachio Praline

Pistachio Praline.jpg

Tools: blender, bowls, cutting board, folk, parchment paper, a cooling rack

Step 1- Make the pralines:

Ingredients to make approximately 20 pralines:

  • 1 cup pistachio nuts

  • A pinch of sea salt

  • A pinch of vanilla

  • ¼ cup raw coconut oil, melted

  • T raw honey or any other sweetener

  • 1 T chopped pistachios, for decoration.

Blend/grind the nuts and salt first, then add the coconut oil and honey. Blend again. Transfer the creamy mixture into the bowl and use your hands to form pralines. Place them on a parchment paper and freeze for at least an hour.

Step 2 - Make the chocolate coating:

Ingredients:

  • 4 T raw cacao powder

  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

  • 2 T sweetener of your choice (Marple syrup or Coconut nectar, etc)

  • 5 T raw cacao butter, melted

Lovingly mix the cacao with a sweetener and salt in a large bowl until the chocolate mass is smooth and silky.

Step 3 - Enrobing:

Dip frozen pralines in the chocolate lake a few times, until completely coated. It’s easy: toss them into the coating chocolate, let them swim around and fish out with a fork, letting the treats dry on a parchment paper.

Decorate with finely chopped nuts while the chocolate coat is still moist. Let the pralines rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Enjoy.

A tip: To be a real pro at “enrobing,” transfer the treats onto a cooling rack to let the chocolate drip rather than pool. This will prevent your heavenly creations from having a “chocolate foot,” making them look seriously professional.
