Avocado Lemon Mayo


This is a nut-free version of this amazing plant based treat.
Healthy, clean and easy to make.

We need: 5 minutes, blender, glass jar for storage,

  and organic high VV ingredients:


- Avocado, large and ripe
- 1 t spoon lemon/lime skin, freshly grated
- 1 t Himalayan or sea salt
- 1 T Apple cider
- 1 T nutri yeast
- handful of chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, freshly grated
- 1 t fresh ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup water
and love
Blend all the ingredients together. Done.
Serve with home fries, vegan bread toast or enjoy it as it is.

it keeps fresh up to one week in a sealed glass jar, in a refrigerator.
