Tools: blender, grinder, bowls, cutting board, tray, folk, parchment paper, hands...
Step 1 - Make the Magic Power dough:
Ingredients to make approximately 12 bombs:
2 cups puffed rice/millet/quinoa or any other clean grain
2 T hemp seeds
2 T flax seeds, ground
2 T sunflower seeds
2 T dry goji berries
½ cup raisins
2-3 T coconut nectar (or any other sweetener)
5 T raw coconut oil, melted
Combine all the power ingredients and blend until you have superfood dough.
Release the mixture in to a large bowl and lovingly mix.
Form small golf ball size treats from the dough and place them on a parchment paper.
Freeze for at least an hour.
A tip: If have trouble forming the balls add an additional ¼ cup raisins and blend again.
Step 2 - Make the coating:
4 T raw cacao powder
A pinch of Himalayan salt
2 T sweetener of your choice
5 T raw cacao butter, melted
Mindfully mix all the ingredients into a smooth chocolate liquid.
Step 3 - Enrobing the bombs:
One by one, drop the bombs into the thick chocolate lake. Let them get thoroughly covered. Fish them out with a folk and gently transfer back to the parchment paper.
After the last ball is covered, repeat the enrobing for a thicker chocolate coating.
Let the treats set in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Enjoy! Share! Do it all over again!
To coat like a pro, place the freshly coated treats on a cooling rack or a grill tray to allow the extra chocolate drip away from the treats. This will prevent the chocolate from pooling and the treats will not have "a chocolate foot."
