Guilt-free sexiest dessert on the planet. BLISS BOMB

This is easy-to-make. Simply irresistible cake that will leave you wanting moooooooooooooooo. Those who devoured it after it has just been created, called it Bliss Bomb.

TOOLS: blender/food processor, spatula, plastic form to hold the cake

INGREDIENTS to make the chocolate bottom layer:

- 2/3 cup cashews

- A pinch of Himalayan salt

- 1/4 cup raw coconut oil

- 1 T raw honey or other clean sweetener

- 2 T raw cacao powder OR  1 T cacao plus 1 T carob powder

 INGREDIENTS to make the creamy layer:

- 2 frozen bananas

- 2/3 cup coconut cream (fresh is the best!)

- 1/4 t vanilla seeds OR one vanilla pod

- 1/2 T raw cacao powder extra for dusting the bliss bomb.

Combine cashews, cacao, salt, coconut oil and the sweetener. Blend until it becomes one delicious chocolate dough with white cashew bits 'winking' at you.

Release the mixture in to the container that will hold the 'bomb.' Flatten it using hands to create an even seductive layer of the cake. Set aside.

Blend coconut cream with frozen bananas and vanilla. Pour the creamy bliss over the chocolate layer.  Gently shake the container to let the creaminess spread evenly.

Place in a freezer for at least an hour. Dust with cacao powder and serve with love.
