How to Make the Best Frozen Cacao Cake on the Planet. 100% Raw and awesome

This is one of the  easiest recipes EVER. Anyone can do this and everyone loves this sugar-free, dairy-free, guilt-free decadent treat.

All you need is some time, silicon mould  and the best quality ingredients.

A little love will add to the magic.

Tools: bowls, blender, silicon mould, cutting board, double boiler, hands and imagination


To make a frozen cake:

-5 frozen bananas

-1 cup of fresh strawberries

-1 Vanilla pod OR 1/4 t vanilla seeds

-A handful of raw cacao nibs = 1/2 cup

To make the cake base:

-6-8 pitted medjool dates

-2 T sp raw cacao powder

-A pinch of Himalayan salt

To make Raw Chocolate Sauce:

-2 T sp raw cacao powder

-1 T sp healthy liquid sweetener (raw honey/agave/coconut nectar)

-3 T raw cacao butter, melted

Step 1. Make the cake.

Cut half of the strawberries into small pieces.

Blend frozen bananas and vanilla into a creamy heavenly mass. Pour in to a silicon mould. Gently fold in cut strawberries and cacao nibs. Freeze for a few hours at least.

Step 2. Make the base.

Blend the dates with cacao powder and a touch of salt. Using a spatula get the yummy mass out and roll a large ball. Flatten it into a kinda chocolate pancake. Keep aside.

  Step 3. Make Raw Chocolate Sauce.

Combine the cacao powder, sweetener and the cacao butter in a bowl. Lovingly  mix into a smooth  seductive chocolate liquid.

Step 4. Rock your world!

 Half the remaining strawberries and arrange them on a plate to be a part of the cake base.

  Let the flattened chocolate-date pancake cover the strawberries. Get the frozen cake out of the mould and turn it over on top of the strawberry-chocolate base. Pour the chocolate sauce over the cake in any way your wild heart desires.

Garnish with strawberries, coconut cream and a handsome mint leaf.

Serve chilled with a big smile. We all can have our cake and eat it, too.
